The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips about what to do in the area and where to go. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a lot of plants and enough shadow. All drinks were free for hotel guests and a lot of fresh fruits were served. We loved staying here! The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean.

This place is awesome! Out of the 10 or so places I stayed in Vietnam, this was one of the best. The room is cozy with great air conditioning, and even though the bathroom isn't connected, it's huge and has great water pressure and heating. I only met the host on my first day, as she was going on vacation, but she's very nice and speaks perfect English! I spent my time with her Auntie and Nephew, and they were very welcoming and helpful if I needed anything.

Ver nice breakfast and staff. I left the key on the table in the lobby and went out. Then the receptionist kept and gave it to me when I got back to the hotel. The lady in the dining room was also nice
