We love this hotel! We traveled as a family. We arrived and were greeted with hot towels and tea. The staff was extremely friendly. Comfortable beds, very clean. Great willingness to help us explore the town. The breakfast was incredible, lots of variety, and you can order a la carte. I have celiac disease, and they even understood that. A little gem.

Everything! Cleanest place we’ve stayed in Vietnam! I get nervous booking a hotel with not many reviews however this hotel is brand new so makes sense and also why it’s such a great deal! The heat in the rooms and heated bed was amazing and needed on those cold sapa nights! Such a great hotel 100% would recommend. Nice view

Hospitable people and kind. Very generous The place is in a calm area a little bit far from the town center, but was not an issue because it is away from the crowded roads. In my spare time i enjoyed the small library they have.

Facilities are brand new, location is beautiful, calm and very convenient for trekking. The best part is still the local family owning the house. They are very friendly and easy-going. They helped me a lot to organize my hikes and they prepared very nice breakfast and dinner for me.
