Ms Ai and her family went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel comfortable during our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. Even before we arrived, Ms Ai answered all of our questions about the area and helped us book some tours and transport for our trip. The home cooked meals are incredible, especially the banana pancakes for breakfast!The room is spacious and very comfortable with good AC, perfect after a long day of hiking. Ms Ai even drove me to the pharmacy in town when I wasn’t feeling well to pick up some medicine. Laundry service is also offered at a very reasonable price, which we appreciated!

Everything was perfect, the personeal, the food that they cooked for us, the service was splendid, Levi was so kind and helpful all the time. The rooms were unique and clean, the view beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel!!! They made us feel welcomed and like a family!!!

It's a fantastic place. The staff was very helpful. In the morning free buffet, one of the kitchen staff offered to make me separate pancakes without egg as the usual ones contain egg without any extra charges. Best stay we had in vietnam with huge clean rooms and comfy beds.

Tutu and her staff was immensely accommodating, friendly, and supportive to our every need. She reached out to us well in advance many times to ensure we had everything we needed. Beyond just the stay, Tutu booked all our excursions and actitivities. I cannot say enough good things about Tutu and her lovely staff and homestay. If you’re looking for a familial environment, baked into the native culture of Phong Nha in a good location, I’d urge anyone to have Tutu host them. Thank you Tutu for a wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel. I arrived at 0430am and messaged the manager at 10pm the night before to let them know. They offered me a bed to rest in a dorm room until 1130 check in . Free of charge! Staff are very kind and helpful and go the extra mile for their guests. Laundry service is great. I got it back within 10 hours. Thanks you to Nhỉ, she helped me with so manny things including dropping me to the bus station and getting me to dong hỏi safely
