All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, but the receptionist Assem stood out for her professionalism, friendliness and kindness. The Breakfast is very good. The valet service is very good and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Vida Creek Beach Hotel. After a long 14-hour flight, Abraham at the front desk went above and beyond to offer us an early check-in - much appreciated! The hotel was spotless, with excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, man-made beach, and relaxing pool area. Great location too, with cafes and coffee shops just a short walk away.

I had a lovely stay! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and Mohammad and Nadeem were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
