The Großglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel. Beautiful village tucked between the mountains and perfect accommodation to spend the time there. Really friendly staff, beautiful view from the rooms balcony and tasty breakfast. The downside for us is only staying for one night.

It is reachable from the Klagenfurt-Wörthersee exit of the A2 highway. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. This hotel was an excellent value, especially for a last minute booking. The staff was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the facility was awesome! I highly recommend it.

Bicycles are provided free of charge. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.
