Park Hotel Ela, located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Completely renovated facilities, everything was very clean and new. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered a very nice variety of cold and warm options. The wellness area was also very cosy. And the staff is always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was nice,comfortable with spacious rooms.Good value for the price we paid. There is a bus shuttle which takes you to the center.The driver was at the lobby and when we were ready he took us to the slopes.The ride was 4 mins.This service runs from 8am to 5pm.For our way back we called the driver and tell him what time to pick us.The breakfast was good,nice choice of food.And the staff was really polite and helpful.We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Could not recommend this place enough, the host was the cutest, the place itself was spotlessly clean, atmosphere was amazing, our room was spacious, bed was comfy, the jacuzzi was also great (i've stayed at places with a jacuzzi before but it's never looked clean enough for me to go in, here we tried it and it was quite nice!), there was a sitting area on the 2nd floor which was very nice, there was water, coffee, tea, chocolates included, which was super great. The outside garden is also very, very nice - we visited in November so it was a bit colder to sit outside but we cannot wait to go back during the summer!

Everything was perfect as far as facilities, breakfast was yummy and the owners and staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was pretty full at evening time which speaks highly about the quality of food and customer service skills of servers.

We very much enjoined our stay with Armaco Residence, specially the staff, the hotel facilities (excellent spa), excellent a la carte breakfast and most of all - a wonderfull dinner in the hotel's restaurant Ednorog - delicious food, all made from fresh local products, for a very decent price.
