The room and interior were actually much better than they looked in the photos. I was a little hesitant to book at first because the pictures made the hotel seem somewhat old-fashioned, but in person everything felt much more modern, updated, and comfortable. They should definitely consider updating their photos because they really don't do the hotel justice. The room also had a bathtub, which was an excellent bonus considering the price. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed two weeks at Lily Aparts in Varna and loved it. The staff kindly moved me to an apartment with a balcony, which became my favorite spot for morning coffee. The flat was beautiful—spacious with large rooms, lots of light, and a nice kitchen that made cooking easy. Whenever I needed help, I got immediate support—quick, friendly, and effective. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
