Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Great location, about 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Early breakfast is provided if you leave early in the morning. Luggage storage was allowed as we do the 5 day W trek. We stayed for 2 night before and after we went to torres del Paine. Hot shower, comfortable bed, hot water are exactly what I need after 5 day trekking. Very friendly staff provided us useful information about the town.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The rooms are big, we asked for an extra bed (150USD pr night) and stayed comfortably with two kids. - big bathroom with rain shower - warm water for tea brewing brought dayly to the room along with the green tea - fantastic swimming pool with heated water. Spa is also good - the breakfast is marvelous (ex fried eggs). - the restaurant and the bar - high quality menu, local ingridients, tasty food (quinoa is amazing). - service all the places is 5 stars. Helpfull and friendly staff. Hotel has small store with sport clothing, snooker, kids room with cartoons and board games, activity booking desk for tours.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hostel Patagonia Backpackers! Nico and all the volunteers were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always happy to chat and advise on places to hike/eat/relax not only in Torres Del Paine, but around Patagonia in general. Other guests staying at the hostel were fun and friendly too, as the atmosphere in general is quite social. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and is comfortable for cooking, bathroom and common areas were super clean. The rooms are not huge, but very comfortable for sleeping. Would recommend bringing ear plugs, but I think that’s a general advice for any hostel experience. There is free multi-day storage available if you want to leave your bags for the trek and come back later. The place is very conveniently located, a brisk 3 min walk to the bus station, and 10-15 mins to town. For this price especially, could not have asked for a better experience! If I am ever in Chilean Patagonia, I’ll most definitely be back . Thank you very much for everything Nico and the team!!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. Staff very friendly and location (close to bus station)

Andrea was so helpful and friendly, and made us feel extra welcome. We had delicious homemade bread for breakfasts. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hygiene products. We were very happy there!

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

I was able to get information needed for my travels and rent equipment. I appreciated the recommendations for services in the local area as well as activities nearby. All recommendations were spot on. I would definitely recommend Erratic Rock to my friends and I would stay here again on future trips.

Hostal like home is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need in Puerto Natales. Cecilia was so warm and helpful. My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.
