Staying at this property was the highlight of our trip. As the former home of the great writer Cheng Xiaoqing, the house is steeped in fascinating history, yet it has been beautifully updated with modern facilities. We were impressed by how clean everything was—from the brand-new furniture to the convenient washing machines and cozy common areas. We rented all four types of rooms for two nights, and every single one was amazing. Despite the high quality and the safe, central location in the heart of the Old Town, the price was incredibly reasonable—honestly, a total bargain! A special thank you to Kevin, who welcomed us so warmly and took such great care of us throughout our stay. Our experience exceeded every expectation, and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We can’t wait to come back!

Love the tatami bed and thoughtful hotel by providing detailed accessories for instance earplugs and umbrella on taking days. Both washing and drying machines can be used for free 24/7.
