Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. The property was AMAZING! I am so glad we found this place, it was the perfect place to come to after a busy couple of days in Cairo ☺️ We loved everything. The food was delicious, the whole place was super clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was also upgraded which was a real treat! The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Our veranda was overlooking the Nile River so we got to see an amazing sunset. There are also shops on site which were perfect as we did not have time to go into town to do any shopping. I bought perfumed and oils and the lovely shopkeeper was so helpful. If we are ever able to come back to Aswan we will definitely stay here again. The hotel was just as expected—designed in a Nubian style. The rooms were distinctive, beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff were lovely and took great care of us, especially Ali, who coordinated everything and recommended various tourist spots. We were most impressed by him. Ali became like a friend and younger brother to me. We truly felt happy with the warm welcome from the owner and his daughter. Everything, including the ride and the sunset trip to Abu Simbel Temple, was wonderful. They were very kind and friendly—this place felt like a second home to us. The food was delicious, especially the omelet, which reminded us of home after being away for over seven days. Highly recommended—everything was truly excellent and won’t disappoint.

This place is amazing! It’s located in a quiet area, but very easy to reach, just few minutes to the public boat station and you are in the city center. The room is very clean and nicely decorated in an east style. Hot water, super good WiFi which is rare in Egypt, green area around. I had a very good sleep there after noisy Giza and Cairo. I liked it all, but the best is the owner, he is extremely nice, helpful and takes care of guests, I felt like home there, he was always there for me, though I needed a boat at 3 am, he organized it for me and want with me. I’m very grateful for that. Also I had a birthday and I was given a big beautiful cake from the hotel, such a warm atmosphere I’ve never met before. To tears. Thanks a lot and I highly recommend this hotel, the best!

Ashraf and his family are extraordinary hosts. They can provide a spectacular dinner or a delicious breakfast. We skipped dinner as we were coming back from a long trip, and it was great to rest and recharge our batteries for our visit to the Temple of Ramses II early the next day, practically free of tourists. The town is very quiet and safe. Thank you so much for everything.
