To be honest, this hotel is really beyond my expectation. Before I arrived at Vitoria city, my friend recommended this hotel to me, after I lived there for two nights, I really love the service there. The room is very clean, big enough space, with a big window which gave me a nice viewing outside. What's more, the front desk ladies are so kind and helpful to me, a new guy first time visit this city. At end of my visiting day, I found there was an open-air swimming pool on the roof, with a great view of the whole city. Definitely, I will choose it again if I come to Vitoria next time!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a very good location in Vitoria. It is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped! Ibai the host was super friendly and even reserverd a free parking spot for us the day of our arrival! The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep!

And such a beautiful place! Beds are super comfy and the bath room really great. Generous breakfast, which wasn't charged for the kids! We were very sad we could only stay one day there.

We had a very warm and efficient welcome from Irunie, thank you. The albergua itself was very clean and functional, with much care given to details (like leaving euros for the coffee machine with breakfast meal in the fridge), which was very lovely to receive. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and rest area were all great to use. We could store our bikes safely in a spacious storage. Can highly recommend!
