Amazing hotel ...outdoor pool and indoor spa pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam etc are stunning. Staff at reception were so helpful from tourist advice, car hire to sorting some early breakfast the last day as early transfer to the airport. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of choice and we had a couple of evening meals there - also the same good quality food. Our room was modern and clean and enjoyed the terrace. You will see in lots of reviews about bathroom having no door.. toilet does have a frosted door inside the bathroom - it didn't bother us. Lovely big shower. Location.. literally a couple of mins walk to little beach of cala santandria. This has a nice beach bar/cafe. Couple of restaurants too..The other way a few mins walk to supermarket. You can get bus or taxi easily to Ciutedalla - a lovely, lovely place to visit. We thought it was very good value for money at the time we stayed May 2022.

Super helpful, cheerful and wonderful women at the reception. Beautiful design of the hotel and very comfortable beds. It was my mom's birthday and I could order flowers in the room in advance, so the stunning bouquet waited for us and wowed my mom when we arrived (also discrete paying possible). The hotel has an underground parking garage, a rooftop pool, an elevator and many facilities more. Location is also good.

Godfried, Claudia and the rest of the team were so adorable. The service was 1st class as the food from Godfried (chef). Breakfast is awesome, there is soymilk and glutenfree bread on request. Beds are cozy, rooms incl. Bathroom new and modern. Restaurants, shops and supermarket are just around the corner and the public bus station is only 3min walk away. I couldnt enjoy my trip more, it was simply perfect. A huge THANKS to the lovely crew working there, you all made my stay unforgettable!

Situated in Palma de Mallorca, Fil Suites has well-equipped accommodation in a centuries-old building that once homed a textile factory. It features free WiFi, it is at an 8-minute walk from Palma Port and a 17-minute walk from Palma Yacht Club. This place was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay - the place was beautiful, very clean and located in the best spot for easy walking proximity to the best restaurants there is was also a supermarket right next door. Our room was large and such a great space to be in. The staff were so helpful and very kind. We also enjoyed having access to the carpark.

Without a doubt, one of my favourite hotels in Europe. Excellent, simply excellent staff, this time thanks to Iryna who arranged a nice room for me before check-in so that i could take a work call. Incredibly appreciated! The spa is beautiful, the decor is 5* and the breakfast is amazing. Please send special thanks to the 4th floor cleaning perssonnel! Truly going out of their way for premium service. All around again a fantastic stay, hoping to return soon again.
