Very friendly and helpful people at reception. They did soooo much to help, and gave great advice. There's no breakfast at the hotel (we didn't go to their restaurant right across the street, but it looked reasonable.) Location outside of Madrid, not far from airport. Metro is 10mins away on foot. Nice parking area. Clean.

The staff are really helpful and professional and the hostel itself is well-equipped.
