What a beautiful location, lovely, clean, well maintained Albergue. The host Sandrine was most welcoming, breakfast was delicious and a lovely start to the 2nd day on the Camino.

The space is beautiful, and our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s right in the middle of town, close to everything. Our hostess was fun and friendly and spoke very good English. She helped us with our Camino questions and feed us a wonderful breakfast. This was a great place to start our Camino.

Gite de la Porte Saint Jacques er staðsett í Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port og Baigorry-kirkjan er í innan við 11 km fjarlægð. A super place to stay to start your Camino walk from. Dorm bunk beds have curtains for privacy and the staff are to friendly and helpful. Yoga/reflection room is available and it was fun watching all the new pilgrims excitedly start their Camino. We had walked from France so we’re a little less excited!

Hotel Santiago is located in Hendaye, just 3 km from the beach, and offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant which is open for dinner. Free WiFi access is available. Beautiful property. Clean! Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Set 400 metres from the sea front and the beach La Grande Plage in Biarritz, Au Bon Coin offers a bar, lift, terrace and free WiFi throughout. Staff are very warm and welcoming, explained everything in detail and very sensitive to sustain environment.

Completely renovated in 2024, the Port-vieux hotel, formerly George VI, located in the center of Biarritz, 50 meters from the beach and a 2-minute walk from Les Halles, welcomes you in a new... As they say themselves they are small in space but big in heart. Bijou and with an excellent vibe. It is central and well equipped. The beds are super comfy. Excellent breakfast and coffee on tap all day. The staff could not have been friendlier, incredibly helpful and our dog was made welcome and fussed over.

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... Excellent location and service! Fantastic breakfast. At least 4 stars, not 3! Very clean, all renovated. Thanks to Emma too for preparing my visit 🤗

Providing free WiFi, Lo Berge offers rooms in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 14 km from Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church and 14 km from Biarritz La Négresse Train Station. The property was very clean, the room we had overlooked the park, it was quiet and the bed very comfortable, good shower and plenty of plugs! We had 2 dogs who were made to feel welcome.
