St. John’s B&B couldn’t have been nicer! Although we arrived late in the evening, Marie was welcoming and showed us to our very clean room. She asked us at what time we wanted our breakfast and had a full Irish (and some 😃) ready for us the next morning. Her homemade scones and brown bread were sensational. Out the dining room windows we saw their new calf and met Patch, their terrier mix dog. Marie gave us tips, maps, and info on what see in the area and gave us a tour of St. John’s old schoolhouse that is also available to book for a stay. It’s adorable! I can’t say enough about Marie and John’s hospitality and kindness. I hope to see them again if I make it to Ireland!

Located in Castlerea and only 20 km from Roscommon Racecourse, Lisalway Country Lodge B&B provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful room, really clean and big, with a huge beautiful bathroom and quiet surroundings. Super breakfast (freshly prepared and both continental and traditional) and, last but not least, very warm and helpful hosts. We would love to come back, highly recommended!!!

Beautiful place, we were greeted with a warm welcome as we arrived by Ronald. Maureen was lovely as well! The furnishings and the home were gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Absolutely delicious breakfast! Very accommodating host. A big bonus for us was meeting their wonderful dogs who were so adorable and friendly, but well controlled and never a bother. They were kept in a separate room until we asked to meet them. We got great advice on places to see and eat during our visit. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Hillgrove House er staðsett í Boyle, 10 km frá Ballinkd-kastala og 15 km frá Leitrim Design House og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu og garðútsýni. The place was incredibly calm and quiet. I slept like a log! The views from the kitchen window were beautiful even on a rainy day. And Margaret was an exceptional guest. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed and relaxed with the hosts and the animals. The room was so clean, well organized and cosy. More than anything, the hosts are so nice. l could feel just like staying with my old friends.
