Tarek kept checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well stocked and had plenty of space . It was clean and modern. Great value for money . The hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Damascus Gate. There are plenty of shops around, as well as cafés with sweets and shawarma. In general, you can reach all the main attractions on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly. We were given a great room on the 5th floor with a terrace and a view of the minaret and the Muslim cemetery. The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There is a coffee machine at the reception where you can make tea or coffee at any time. We really enjoyed everything. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast next morning was also really nice. Finally I would like to highlight the excellent service/attention we received by the staff/owner, who helped us out with a serious unexpected issue that we had, and did their best to save our trip.
