Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in — spotless, comfortable, and supported by the best team. It was a very beautiful room just near the Jaffa Gate. Absolutely perfect location and easy to find. Clean, quite spacious and very beautiful.

The location was excellent for visiting the old city. You can walk to just about everything and if you need something from a modern store, the outdoor mall is just a short walk outside of the Jaffa gate, which is close to the hotel. The view from our room looking towards the old city was excellent. There were eateries just outside of the hotel along with small shops with food and drinks.

The accommodation was within walking distance of the main sights. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV allowed you to log in to your own Netflix account. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. At the reception, good coffee from a machine and free water were available.
