The check-in process was very simple and clear, with no issues at all. On the day of our departure we were also able to leave our luggage at the property until our flight, which was extremely helpful and allowed us to explore the city without carrying everything around. Communication with the host was excellent: friendly, attentive and always available. The rooms, while not extremely large, were perfectly suitable for what we needed, and even though we had quite a lot of luggage, it never felt like a problem. The terrace is very spacious and offers a beautiful setting to enjoy an authentic Italian breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet with no noise at night, and the bathrooms were clean and fully equipped. The overall cleanliness was impressive, and the daily housekeeping was definitely a great plus. The breakfast and snacks provided by the host were very good and varied, with plenty of options. There was even a fresh orange juicer and a milk frother available, perfect for making a proper Italian cappuccino. As for the location, it’s very close to the subway, bus stops, the train station and the historic center. Reaching the main attractions was quick and easy. The area is safe and has many shops and restaurants nearby, and the value for money is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and pleasant stay in.

Very well located, our studio room was walking distance to the old city, in a relatively quiet area. Michele met us at the secured indoor parking lot (near the property), a paid parking we were sure glad to have arranged prior to our arrival, as trying to find a parking on the street would have been a total nightmare. The studio was big and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was served in the common dining room (accessible to all the rented rooms). A nice lady was serving and helping with breakfast in the morning. The private rented rooms are on the 5th floor, and shared a common entrance and dining & sitting area. 2 elevators are available. Quiet place.

Location superb, opposite Train and Bus station. Large room, balcony, superbly clean, fridge. Water provided and breakfast excellent. Free Espresso excellent. Beds really comfortable. Really very good indeed.

The location os great if you travel with your own car. We appreciated the pool which was open anytime. And also living in trullo house was fantastic. But what was the best, was the attitude of the staff, especially Donatella, her tips and kind ess and humour is something, what we will remember. Made us feel like at home❤️❤️❤️

Amazing authentic experience. The owner is very friendly and the room is big and clean. I loved the experience of sleeping in a trullo. I appreciated the fresh fruit and water in the fridge.
