However, great value for money for people wishing to visit Modena and its southern villages away from ZTL troubles. Huge , comfortable double room and bed. New, tastily designed modern bathroom with large shower. Free large parking area. Easy contactless check-in following instructions.

Nagtatampok ang RMH Modena Raffaello ng fitness center, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Modena. Nag-aalok ang 4-star hotel na ito ng room service, 24-hour front desk, at libreng WiFi. Really nice comfortable room with a comfortable bed and different pillows to choose from. Also enjoyed the bar which was hosting a jazz band, and the great breakfast.

Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. The location was perfect! Near parking as well as walking distance to all the sights. Leonardo did an upgrade to our room, without us asking for it, offering us a small flat. Wonderful accommodation and Leonardo super helpful for everything!!!! Absolutely recommended!!! Hope to come back soon!

Unlike the white sheet, cookie cutter template of a hotel, the repurposed factory/newspaper building felt like staying at a friend’s place who knows how to decorate. Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.
