We walked everywhere three minutes to the grocery store,cafe across the street, and restaurants within two minute walk. During our stay there was ample parking on the side street,even though we opted for parking a few minutes away. Termoli is a beautiful city and staying at this apartment made it spectacular. Check in was simple and Angnes who was present every day was extremely helpful.

Very friendly staff. Location is great, parallel street to the pedestrian area..and 3 minutes walk to the castle and beach. Parking in front of the hotel..reservation needed. The room is elegantly furnished..we had a terrace with sunbeds and chairs. Air conditioner was great, as we were in August. Kettle and coffee machine available. Fridge, safe and hairdryer available. Room is quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast with a selection of breads, sweet tarts, cereals, eggs and bacon.

Beautiful rural setting with gorgeous view out the windows. (And as someone else stated - the Roman ruins of Sepina are just 20 minutes away & are incredible). Such a fantastic value! For this price we wish we could stay here every time we could use a break from regular life. The room was so beautiful, clean & new. The bathroom was great, with a huge shower, amazing large rain shower head as well as movable small shower head, terrific water pressure & consistent hot water (so important!). Lovely pastries & coffees in morning along with a variety of juices, yogurts & teas. And Valerio, our host, was so friendly, patient & kind! And although we spoke through a phone translation device (we spoke only English & he Italian), he & my husband would talk, laugh & joke, becoming fast friends. This was a great stay!

Really great communication, great facilities, right in town center, which was vibrant and full of people, in a no car zone! Old town was really nice! There was a comunal kitchen space with everything needed , even if you needed to cook. There was good separation to the chamber, we had a comfortable night sleep. Commodities in bathroom where like at home, not the usual little flasks and sorts. Very spacious bedroom. Hassle free check-in and checkout! Plenty of recommendations to the city offers! Superb espresso coffee machine for those who appreciate proper coffee! Breakfast was really comfortable, with fresh baked goodies! Overall, a proper professional offer! Would definitely recommend!

Great communication from our host. Would highly recommend this place to stay if you are in or around Isernia. An added treat is the spectacular view from the balcony.
