We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Close to the port and staff were able to give us lots of restaurant recommendations. We had an issue with water leaking in our bathroom and it was sorted within five minutes of calling. Lots of sun beds and hammocks to hang out on too.

It is higher up on the mountain, the air is fresh, it is perfectly quite outside - just what one needs for a relaxing vacation. The design of the room was very nice, vibrant and makes you want to stay longer in this happy bright environment. It is impeccably clean as well.

The hotel is excellent, we are satisfied except for the chechin hour, it was written that the check-in is available after 9 pm but somehow I didn't notice, so we had to stay for a few hours in front of the hotel before checking

We loved staying here! The location is close to everything, but it also feels nicely removed from the hustle and bustle. The space itself is beautiful! Everything was very clean and in good shape. The rooftop patio was fantastic! Highly recommended!

The hotel room is extremely clean and nice. The hotel management were very helpful in transport to and from the ferry and helping us with the buses. It is a good boutique hotel.

Everything was perfect! The spa was quite magnificent. Extremely comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, shower was superb. The location was very manageable by foot and close to everything you would want to see. The host went out of his way to assist me with transporting my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed.

The personnel made me feel like home, they were always friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom big and the breakfast fresh, delicious, and abundant (I could barely finish my portions). I had to start my day earlier as the planned breakfast, but the staff was kind and made me a lunch box to take away. The restaurant offers a good choice of dinners which I can recommend to attend. The price is above average but it is worth it. They have bicycles that you can borrow to go around the city.

I have no words to describe this stunning property. Conveniently located next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Spiaggia della Cava dell’Isola, the hotel features a gorgeous garden, a lovely terrace where breakfast is served, and a pool where you can relax after a day at the beach. The bus stop is just a 7-minute walk from the hotel, and tickets are available at the reception. But what truly sets this place apart is the dedication of the staff. Everyone is incredibly attentive, and Paola, the owner, helped us with everything we needed. She waited for us at the port and brought us to the hotel, gave us tips on what to visit, and even arranged early morning transport at 5 AM to Ischia Porto, where we had to catch the ferry. We were even able to enjoy a coffee and breakfast before leaving so early. We had a dream vacation. We hope to return someday. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
