The hotel staff were always attentive and willing to help — they even went out of their way to find lactose-free ice cream for us :) They also assisted us with restaurant reservations, and thanks to them we were able to dine during crab season and try fresh crab, even though all restaurants were fully booked. Our room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and beautifully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the tea selection was excellent, and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient — we could easily walk to all the main places. The hotel also offers a free lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, including juices, wine, and various appetizers. The selection was very generous and all of it was included in the price. In addition, the in-room minibar offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, all included and replenished without limits. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough about the facilities and the staff. Everyone and everything was thoughtful to the details of comfort and calmness. The architecture is modern Japanese minimalism and the towels and linens are of excellent quality. The location is within walking distance of museums, gardens, fine dining, and high end shopping.
