It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Renovated in September 2018, Guesthouseほのぼの offers an accommodation with free WiFi in Fujikawaguchiko, 1.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi. Friendly host, quite location, the facilities are clean, you can use the kitchen to prepare your own meals, there is a hypermarket and good restaurants in proximity, nice common area where you can have a tea or coffee and just relax after a day of visiting surroundings. We've stayed in early December, so at night it was a bit cold, even with the heater, so get yourself warm and cozy :D The host also provides shuttle service within certain hours. Wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for having us!

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Great dinner and breakfast beyond my expectations. The view of the mountain was absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Being a new hotel, the amenities were fantastic and the room clothes were lovely and soft. Laundry facilities were convenient and easy to use as well.
