The staff is excellent and very helpful. The room we had was wonderful, with the most beautiful view over the lake and great beds.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

The onsen is an absolute must visit. The view from the restaurant was incredible. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. Absolute pleasure staying there.

We stayed as a group of seven and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The kaiseki dinner course and breakfast were truly exceptional experiences — absolutely something everyone should try at least once. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the level of service was top-notch. I also noticed that assistance was available in several different languages, which was very impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel also has an onsen, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The view from the room window is breathtaking, the Fuji changes every moment and you can follow from your bed. The service was top level, breakfast really nice. We also liked the atmosphere of the hotel, not Japanese entirely but very homely and elegant at the same time. We rented the bikes (free) and rode around the lake. You should not miss the rooftop bar and the private bath on the roof either. Both amazing.
