The hotel is just one station away from the airport, really conveniently located. Our room was on the top floor which made the stay magical as we could watch the sunrise from our window. Not the mention the night view of the city. The room was quite spacious, everything felt new and clean. We also enjoyed the buffet in the morning.

And the balcony overlooks Tsutenkaku Tower! The room is clean and daily fresh towels can be requested. The hotel staff responds very promptly via booking.com message too! Requests are very well-managed! The toilet has temperature controls for the water and the air! Makes showering in winter very comfortable!

Spacious rooms for Japan standards! It is in a quiet/non busy area which we appreciated. There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.

It was a big room, very convenient It was near the mrt station but we didn't feel noisy at all. Thoughtful hotel, there was 2in1 washing n dryer machine, & u can hang your wet clothes in the shower room n turn on the dryer mode. No extra fee needed, super duper sweet.

Would definitely recommend for people who wanted to stay in Osaka. Location was great, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean, smelled good, they also have free soda station for the guest. The staff were also very nice and accommodation.

The room is big compared to normal room size in Japan. I got the corner room so the view is better. The air conditioning system is not centralized, so you can adjust room temperature to your liking better. The location is okay. Less than 1 km to Osaka station.
