The staff is very nice and moved us downstairs halfway through our stay so we stayed at both levels and it’s very clean. Level 2 is tatami room and it feels so nice to just laze around. Level 1 is wooden floor and feels bigger. Both levels are nice. We drove, so location is ok. Driving to everywhere around town takes about only 5-10 mins. If you have baby, they will prepare the crib / bed and special bin with wet wipe for your baby.
