I must honestly say that this was one of the places I felt most safe and comfortable in a hotel. The lady who checked in with us was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She helped us in every way, even exceeding our expectations. We can't thank her enough. The rooms were a good size and comfortable enough for two people. They were very clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked. The desk on the floor where the rooms were located was also very helpful and well-thought-out. The bed was high and comfortable, helping me sleep well. My favorite part of this hotel was the lobby lounge area. It felt like a welcome home after the hustle and bustle of the day. This reminded me of the importance of choosing the right hotel when traveling. Hotel Yuni has created a very welcoming lobby. Everything you need is easily accessible at this hotel. They are very kind to let us have a late check-out, it's a plus point for families with kids. There are convenient stores nearby to grab a quick bite. Short walking distance to metro station.
