Boasting mountain views, Azenya Nuwara Eliya offers accommodation with a balcony, around 4 km from Gregory Lake. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. This was the cleanest accomodation where we have stayed in Sri Lanka (and we have only stayed at 5 star hotels). It was super modern and the staff was really nice.

They set us up with a brilliant driver, Rizvi, who made our time in Nuwara Eliya even better and helped us around World’s End, a tea factory and the town. The hotel is even better than the photos.

Very nice place to stay, a little outside the busy centre. Dinner and breakfast were amazing! The hosts are super nice! Would recommend this place. Very good bed, they provided us with an extra blankets since it was very cold while we were there.

They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend the Appleton Villa.

Staying here felt like visiting a close friend rather than just booking accommodation. Madu’s warmth and kindness made our trip unforgettable. The villa was beautifully maintained, and when the evenings got cold, he immediately brought us a heater to keep us comfortable. He was always there to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on – each one turned out to be 10/10. It’s rare to meet a host who puts so much heart into everything, and we’re so grateful for the experience.

This was an amazing cozy stay with the absolute sweetest family. They helped me out with transportation, planning out what to do in Nuwara Eliya, and the food was amazing! The location is really central too. I was really happy here, I can’t recommend it enough.
