Our hosts were excellent, served fantastic breakfast and were incredibly helpful. They set us up with a brilliant driver, Rizvi, who made our time in Nuwara Eliya even better and helped us around World’s End, a tea factory and the town. The hotel is even better than the photos.

The room was clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all basic amenities. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The host was very kind and helpful. Our family did really enjoy the stay and would happily stay here again.

The moment I entered the room, I was surprised by how spotless and shiny the floor was. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also wonderful, and I was able to enjoy an elegant morning with a beautiful view.

They can organize transportation, excursions or give suggestions. This is a private house, not in city center, but it gives you local atmosphere and very easy to go by local bus to or from center. It takes 10 min and costs close to nothing. Very delicious breakfast and dinner, if you ask for that.

Absolutely loved it here. We stayed in the triple room and it was very spacious even with our big backpacks. The staff have been the highlight of this stay as well, they’ve been very helpful and recommended food places for us and also helped us book tours, they go above and beyond with the service. This is such an underrated place and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s having second thoughts about staying here - you’ll love this place.

Wonderful staff. Nice location. Delicious breakfast and super dinner. Everything was upto the mark. Only small suggestion to put a room heater to control the temperature.

We could eat take away food in the living area. The staff were very friendly. As the weather was quite chilly compared to the other area, we got an electric heater. Despite of no breakfast, we got food in a supermarket, so absolutely no problem. Shower was quite warm, too. The price was quite economical. I felt like staying in the UK.

The hosts welcomed me with tea and cookies 😍 The room had a kettle, tea, blankets, carpeted floor and hair drier, so you will always feel warm and comfortable. I did :) Special thanks to Shaveen ✨
