We had a fantastic stay with a super warm welcome. Our room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed, with an excellent bathroom, great shower, and huge, comfortable beds. Dinner was amazing, with a buffet offering various local dishes to try. We did the Wilpattu National Park safari and were lucky to see a leopard up close and two sloth bears, along with many other animals. Arranging transportation to our next destination was also very easy.

We loved the mix of boutique hotel and guesthouse, where you leave your shoes at the front door. The calm, rural location is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city business. The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are spacious. The stairs to the 1st floor are very comfortable, with low risers. I enjoyed practicing yoga in the multi-event room, with a view out onto the ocean. The pool was appreciated, as ocean swimming is difficult. We quickly felt at home. Meals are prepared from scratch, so your personal preferences can be included. Both owners and all the staff are welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is placed very close to the beach with a lot of calm. The owner and staff is very friendly and serviceminded. The rooms are large and luxurious. The food is very delicious. This is a must visit place for calm and self indulgence.

Ging Oya Lodge er staðsett í Waikkal, í innan við 1,3 km fjarlægð frá Kammala-ströndinni og 10 km frá St Anthony's-kirkjunni. What a fantastic place. It is a unique experience to stay there. A perfect spot to arrive on the island or relax before going back home.

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya er staðsett í Kalpitiya og býður upp á garðútsýni, veitingastað og sólarhringsmóttöku. Really cool tree house rooms on the peninsula. The host and cook is amazing and he makes delicious meals. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were all super friendly and wonderful and the room was very clean with a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. The safari organised by the hotel was great with delicious food provided. The dinner provided was a fantastic Sri Lankan buffet with many tasty local dishes prepared and presented by our host. The location is very close to the national park so does not take long to get there with the safari tour. The rooms are well sealed with an air con and we didn't have any bugs or mosquitoes get into our room which was fantastic. We also got a free room upgrade with thr accomodation having an available room which was appreciated greatly.

The receptionist was super lovely and all the staff were kind. Breakfast and food in general is good. And the bar area is perfect. Even some people from other hotels come there to have dinner, so even though it is a calm place it has a lively atmosphere and ocean views. That's important if you are staying few days Working WiFi in the room.
