The staff is kind and friendly. 2 minutes away from the beach, but if you don't mind walking there are so many different locations to swim and enjoy the sun if you are not into kite surfing. Breakfast is great! I totally recommend it!

The perfect choice if you want to do a safari in Wilpattu! The resort is modern and clean, situated a few minutes from the national park, in a peaceful area, close to nature. The family that runs the resort and all the staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming, they make sure that your stay is perfect. They can help organise transport to/from the resort, and of course organise a safari for you. The safari they organised for us - for a reasonable price - was the experience of a lifetime. Of course it is down to luck which animals you can see, but we had very experienced spotters who pointed out even the most hidden animals we would have never noticed and were also very attentive to our requests (when to take breaks, etc.). The resort also offered a great culinary experience: you are treated to a tasty sri lankan, home-cooked buffet breakfast each day and can opt for a buffet dinner too, which has an amazingly wide selection of home-cooked dishes as well.

We stayed for one night but next time we’ll manage to stay more. The property is very nice & Elizabeth and the staff are always available to make you feel cared. The room was cozy, spacious and well designed. Special mention for the kitchen: delicious dishes and authentic Ceylon’s experience. Well definitely come back. The garden is also beautiful and you can go to the beach, which is just in front of the house.

Ging Oya Lodge er staðsett í Waikkal, í innan við 1,3 km fjarlægð frá Kammala-ströndinni og 10 km frá St Anthony's-kirkjunni. Such an amazing start to our Sri Lanka trip - dinners are so good here!! Different meal served each night. On the first night we had a selection of authentic Sri Lankan curry and rice that was incredible. The pool area is clean, relaxing and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel manager and all staff are very accommodating providing everything we need including bicycles which were a great way to explore the area.

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya er staðsett í Kalpitiya og býður upp á garðútsýni, veitingastað og sólarhringsmóttöku. The host is super nice and was supportive although we had some last minute changes. The pool is just fantastic! The houses are very cute and we felt totally comfortable.

Roshan, his family and their staff were delightful hosts. Very helpful and organised our Safari at Wilpattu National Park which is only a few minutes drive away and our transfer back to Negombo the next day. We had a beautiful, lunch, dinner and breakfast prepared for us which was some of the best food we ate during our entire trip. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The houses (actually containers which are super comfy) you are up in the trees. Incredibly beautiful! The whole place is incredible. The chill areas near the river, going for a swim - everything. It was the highlight of our two weeks in Sri Lanka. The boat safari was amazing - we saw elephants even then. The full day safari was also amazing. Lucky shot I guess, but we saw 4 Leopards and 9 Elephants. The owner, the staff and Keith made our stay special. THANKS!
