Everything. The owner was excelent. Place is really clean. The atmospher real heaven. Nice bathroom. I really recommend it. I was scared where I went there because is really cheap. BUT is was beautiful stay. Thanks a lot.

We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

They keep the rooms clean everyday, organize hostel meals and social evenings, and just make you feel at home. Been there for almost a week after extending my stay three times. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

The property was great, good location with a short walk to Nilaveli beach. Rooms were newly built or recently refurbished and the beds were comfortable. A small store just opposite the property for quick essentials and the hotel includes a restaurant. The food and service was perfect and accommodated all our needs. The host was friendly and was more than happy to accommodate our requests and answer any questions we had.

Its the best place in Trincomalee - truely comfort and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, tea pot in room, beautiful garden sitting area - all was perfect. Friendly staff. Also good location - 5 min walk to beach, and a lot of good cafes and resturants around. We stayed here for 2 nights and then try to go to other place, but we return to stay one more night because its most comfortable place.

Jeya has been a great host. I really enjoyed my little chats with him. The restaurant offers great meals. His staff members, especially Justin, were super attentive and took good care of us. The garden is huge and well looked after.
