Nice introduction to Namibian wildlife for my ten-year-old daughter: she petted a rhino and giraffe. Location served well as a lodge beyond Windhoek on way to Damaraland. Cheetah feeding was a nice, unexpected bonus.

The property is very well located, within walking distance from attractions, restaurants and stores. The facilities were great, the space was clean, well organized and had all amenities we could have asked for. The owners and managers were extremely helpful, supporting with tips for tours and however we needed. Definitely recommend for short or long stays.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The hosts, Mariana and Rian are incredibly hospitable and really make you feel at home. They were even nice enough to bring me along on a sandwich harbour trip they had planned with a friend, which was the perfect way for me to explore the dunes and surrounding areas. Rustic Inn has a unique, antique charm that you won’t find elsewhere. The courtyard is spectacular as well as the location. Highly recommend booking if you’re planning a visit to Swakop.
