Bed was great, bathroom and amenities were great and well lit. The suite had everything we needed and then some; a refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker with coffees and teas provided. The best part, however, was the incredible and abundant breakfast that was delivered at our convenience the next morning. Well done! Checking in and out was easy, we were greeted by our host. Word of advice...not many Americans go off the beaten path, as we do, but if you are using a data only SIM for travel, please advise the hosts to use your email. We realized after our trip that we had received a text requesting our arrival time, and I felt bad that we had missed that. So sorry!

Our stay here was more than perfect. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable and the location of the apartment is great. Arjan was one of the best hosts that we have ever had. He gave us a lot of information and some amazing recommendations. The communication was easy and he was always ready to help us improve our stay in the Netherlands. When checking in we also got the chance to meet his dog Bo and we were impressed by how well behaved it was. The recommendations board in the hallway and the book with the history of the building were also very helpful and interesting. We will be definitely coming back in the future!

We liked having the bikes on site, the stylish design, excellent showers and location near Utrecht, handy but also peaceful. Helpful host!
