What really stands out is the service. My wife got seriously sick. There was a doctor on site, which give us first diagnose and medicaments before finaly going to emergency. Staff was really wonderfull, we got a lot of care, way more than we expected. Especially I want to send thanks to Moumita, Richilda and Navid for all the help. Even fact, we know them by name should tell you how they stand out ;-)

El W Muscat se encuentra en la zona de playa de Shatti Al Qurum, en Muscat, y ofrece una piscina al aire libre. El Hotel es muy lindo, muy limpio con una vista fenomenal, lo catalogo como lujoso. Muy bien todos los restaurantes, muy bien la encargada de recibirnos, loe empleados en general muy serviciales, AHORA ME PARECE UN DESPROPÓSITO LO QUE TE COBRAN DEL FRIGOBAR, 3 tubitos pero tubitos de papas fritas casi 200 dólares, con ese robo se me vino abajo todo lo lindo del hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Muscat and cannot recommend it highly enough. What truly stood out was the incredible attention we received from every member of the staff. Everyone was kind, approachable, always available with a genuine smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever experienced in terms of customer care. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet is outstanding, offering a great variety of cuisines that change daily. A special mention to Marinel and all the waiters and waitresses, who took excellent care of us and made every meal a pleasure. We also visited the spa and enjoyed a massage and a facial treatment—both were absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. An excellent experience in every way, and we truly hope to return.

Al Husn Hotel Muscat es un refugio exclusivo para adultos que recibe a huéspedes mayores de 16 años. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive – it truly felt like they genuinely cared about us. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The surroundings were stunning and luxurious, and every detail was perfectly thought out. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!
