The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Absolutely everything. This is one of the prettiest places I’ve stayed. The cottages/bungalows are so charming with exquisite woodwork. It’s nestled among rice fields and easy bike ride to the Sukhothai historical park. The owners offer free bikes. They took such good care of our dietary needs, vegan and other restrictions. The place was so beautiful that we spent almost an entire day lounging on the porch of our bungalow. It has rocking chair, a divan to lie on, swing etc. The dad picked us up from bus stop and dropped us off too. I can’t recommend them enough

What a wonderful experience, starting from the owners and employees attentiveness, to the cleanliness of the property, until the perfection of the bungalows. The owners and the employees were always ready to provide a nice smile and support, when needed. Breakfast was everyday different, with always western and Thai varieties. There was also an active request from the owner, to see if there were dietary restrictions and if anything should be adjusted. There’s no lunch or dinner available at the property. The overall property has a very relaxing atmosphere, with a very leafy garden and clean pool. The bungalow has a very spacious and luxurious feel, with a big bathroom that holds a bath and shower. The location is very quiet and nice, however if you don’t have your own car, it might be more tricky to get around. The neighbourhood has a very restaurant, “Sweet rice café”, which serves the best authentic Thai food in Sukhothai and delicious homemade ice-Cream and (on the spot made) desserts. It takes up to 3’ walk from the property. If you have a craving for a nice coffee with a light lunch, you can go to “Take a break”, which is also only a small walk away.

Cute little cottages. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Come with free bikes which was nice for traversing around the town. The owner lady is very sweet.

Super clean, beautiful, huge bed, huge bathroom. Exceptional yard. Excellent location about 2 blocks from historical park entrance. Owner super nice but not intrusive at all. There if you need her but other than that you don't see her. Nicest place we've stayed in Thialand and we've been all over. Highly recommend this place!

The beautiful buildings surrounded by trees and farmland. The wonderful people who greeted us upon an earlier than scheduled arrival, and went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable. Amazing dinner and breakfast. (Way more than we could eat) such a tasty selection. Everything is so clean and made for a very welcome relaxing stay

Kaakit-akit na lokasyon sa Mueang Kao district ng Sukhothai, ang Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City ay mayroon ng hardin. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

Excellent, clean, family mini-hotel in the private sector, 10 minutes walk from the historical park of Sukhothai. Within 10 minutes walk there are also 7/11 shops and cafes for lunch and dinner. After 18.00 there is a small local night market with food.

A superb breakfast is included at a nice price. Brand new, well-built lodge. The historical park is short-walk distance.
