Room is very clean and they provide cleaning services everyday. You can watch watch the balloons from different spots within the hotel. The gate to the Goreme view point is just few feet away from the hotel. It's additional cost to access spa facilities, I tried the Turkish bath with massage and it was wonderful! Spa facilities are clean and the process is very efficient.
