Nestled between the Tennessee River and the foothills of Appalachia sits The Hotel Chalet. What a beautiful hotel! One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to. The reception was very well decorated, and the room, every detail. My husband and I loved it. The shower was incredible, a strong shower, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, although it was very large and there was no lower one, but that wasn't a problem. I loved the option of having a balcony-style table where you can sit and chat and have a drink. I loved that we could change the temperature of the room ourselves. The pool area is super pretty and has a bar where you can buy something and sit and relax. I really loved it. The location of the hotel is great because there are restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

The breakfast was a good selection and exceptional quality. The location was not too far from the downtown area and easy to get in and out of. The receptionist, Carrie, was extremely friendly and quick to accommodate our needs upon arriving.

The home itself is gorgeous with sprawling spaces for each kid to have their own. Beautiful hard wood floors, cool kitchen. Really neat layout. The yard was great for throwing the football and frisbee. Everything we needed we brought or it was there already.

The location made accessing everything we wanted to do very easy. The fire pit and the lights were a nice touch. It made for relaxing evenings. The house was cute and comfy.
