The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

The Bedford Inn is a 10-room Victorian Bed & Breakfast a block from Cape May's pristine beaches and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and other activities. There is free on-site and street parking available. We stayed at the Bedford Inn as a weekend get-away. It exceeded all expectations: a beautiful house, a great and clean room, and the breakfast was on both days a surprise - freshly cooked. Location is perfect: beach, shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. And the car can be parked without efforts. Worth every penny.
