My family and I love Anna Maria Island not just for its beautiful beaches, but also for the overall atmosphere. It’s incredibly family-friendly—definitely not the wild Spring Break party scene you find in some beach towns. Instead, AMI offers a much more relaxed, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. That said, if you're in the mood for a drink or a fun evening out, there are still a few great spots to check out. One of our favorites is The Kokonut Hut. It has a great atmosphere where you can grab a drink at the bar or sit down for a full meal. They even have seating right on the beach, so you can enjoy your food with your toes in the sand and a gorgeous view of the water.

We stayed here with our family of 4 and the kids loved the bunk beds! Kitchen was nice since we ate most meals at home!
