The location was amazing and the experience - from the night sky to the Bedouin family was exactly what we wanted for ourselves and our 20 month old. Dinner was traditional Omani while breakfast was more western but delicious. Our son played a lot with their kids, who were charming, warm and friendly.

We had a great one night stay at Moon light luxury camp , where we watched stars and shooting stars. The tent itself was on the higher floor which gives feeling safe and secure. Everything was provided in the tent such as towels, dental kits, soups and bedding . They provided breakfast for us the next morning. Simple and tasty. We appreciate Mr. Amr and Mr.Salim for providing pick up and drop off to the main road. The owners were super friendly and helpful. If you stay at this camp DO NOT MISS sunset from the sand hills and sunrise from your tent. We would definitely come back here and I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

OMG this place!! Super worth it. The tents are very spacious and well equipped, the camp is well organized and clean. What sets this place apart are two things. 1. It’s very private with only 4 tents; 2. The service is simply amazing, they are so friendly and attentive. Delicious dinner and breakfast, which is rare in the desert.

The stay at Desert Diamond Camp was excellent! Sultan picked us up from the meet point and took us to the camp and we were welcomed with a campfire and fresh tea and coffee! The tents were vary spacious, clean and cosy, and the bathroom facilities clean. The next morning we walked to the sand dunes and the children did sand boarding. Sultan especially and the camp staff ensured our stay was comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay in the desert!

The staff are outstanding and truly know how to create a magical experience for guests. The local music performances at night were exceptional—1000/10! Breakfast and lunch were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

We stay 2 nights in the Ahmed desert camp and we really enjoyed it. Before our arrival he sent to us a lot of offered activities, so we choose - dune bashing (amazing), camel ride (great) and one day trip to desert with lunch (amazing). Ahmed is is a perfect host, which takes a full care about his guest. Meals (breakfasts, lunch and dinners) prepared by his chef were very delicious. In the evening we had a camp fire, with stars quiz and experience :-). I can fully recommend this desert camp if you want a memorable and traditional Omani experience.

This place gave us most memorable and special experience!! The staff are super nice. Since it’s private camp, so only maybe 10 families live there, when we have meals together, travelers from different countries all like friends, so cool. I like the breakfast and dinner. We booked the most expensive rooms in this camp. They are exceptional.

I had an unforgettable stay at Layali Camp! Everything was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the stunning desert views. The traditional tent was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The sunset view from the dunes was magical, and the camel ride was a truly unique experience. Breakfast was delicious, and having free private parking was very convenient. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic desert experience. I will definitely come back again!

    Experience of a lifetime Everything planned perfectly down to every detail. The accommodations were amazing and we really enjoyed the stargazing platform at the camp. Highly recommend the sunset camel ride and desert trek in the morning. Bedouin host was extraordinary he made our trip a memory of a lifetime.
