Whilst the property does have these facilities, most are in need of either a good clean or some maintenance, or cannot be enjoyed because of the plentiful insects both in the property and around pool area - at least for us in late August. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner was factored into price, but as we decided not to stay and take them no comments are made.
