The restaurant food was great (much better than most restaurants in Bali), as we ordered lunch and dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet included with the room was good. The beds were super comfortable and all the hotel staff were excellent.

Everything has been thought of, & the staff are so friendly & helpful. The tent is high end with adorable furnishings, the styling makes you feel like royalty. The food hall is spectacular with details everywhere you turn. The table settings are top notch & the food is delicious. Reception booked us into a cooking class, organized massages overlooking the rice terraces, and even helped us organize a driver for our final day to our new destination plus some sightseeing. Sandat provide complimentary transport to Ubud city & back, very easy to book with them. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings, our tent was right next to rice terraces, which was divine to overlook. We had a separate bed as we were traveling as friends, even the spare bed was comfortable. This really is the perfect romantic getaway for couples though.
