The location was superb! We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it very much. There is a shuttle to Fiesole provided by the property that allows one to catch a bus that brings you right into downtown Firenze for minimal money and time. Parking was easy and everyone was very nice. The cabin was well equipped, clean, in good shape and very comfortable.

Set in the countryside 6 km south of Florence, hu Firenze Certosa camping in town offers a restaurant and a summer outdoor pool. Impruneta is a 10-minute drive away. Staying at this campsite in Florence was a completely new experience for us, and to our surprise, it turned out to be incredibly pleasant and enjoyable. We actually wished we could have stayed longer and are already looking forward to coming back. The entire place is very well organized. Each accommodation unit has its own parking space conveniently located nearby, which we found very practical. For visiting the city, there is a bus that departs directly from the campsite roughly every half hour, making it very easy to reach the center of Florence without any hassle. The campsite also offers excellent facilities, including swimming pools, a bar, and a restaurant, as well as playgrounds for children — making it a wonderful choice for families too. Overall, it’s a well-rounded, comfortable, and convenient option for anyone visiting Florence — whether as a couple, family, or group of friends. Highly recommended!
