Camp Alta is truly the best place to stay in Kiruna. The location is stunning, right in front of a frozen lake, and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The house was perfect for four guests, very comfortable and well maintained. The shared kitchen was excellent and well organised, and the shared shower, conveniently located next to the kitchen, was very comfortable, especially in winter. Anita, our driver, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved her. She felt like a personal guide, sharing many interesting stories and the history of Kiruna with us, which made our stay even more meaningful. We are truly grateful to have met her. We booked the snowmobile and dog sled activities through Camp Alta, and everything was very well arranged and professionally handled. Staying here was the best decision of our trip. We only wish we had stayed at least 3 days and 2 nights instead of just one night

Piilijärvi was nestled beautifully in the woods and next to a lake. The cabin was well equipped and comfortable, and would have suited us for a longer exploration of the area.
