Everyone is very professional and courteous. Environment of hotel is great. Stayed in a king suit looking at the beach. Room is very comfortable.

Eventhough there was a problem with the registration process between the hotel and Booking.com, we had to wait for almost an hour, the hotel upgraded us to a suite without us asking.
