1. The location—close to the gondola, the Spar supermarket, the city pool, and a 15-minute walk from the rail station. 2. The size of the apartment and its kitchen equipment. 3. The apartment is in excellent condition, as if it has just been renovated. Also, it is very clean. 4. The local man and lady who handle this place are very nice and kind, unlike the lady in charge of check-in and check-out. 5. It has its own ski room with ski boot warmers.
