The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful - extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a thoughtful selection of pillows to choose from, which resulted in excellent sleep quality. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and high-quality food options. We also thoroughly enjoyed the a la carte dinner service. The location is perfect for exploring the Stelvio pass, and the surrounding mountain scenery is simply breathtaking. The hotel really captures the alpine charm you'd hope for in this beautiful region.

We had the absolute best stay ever, and what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible kindness and thoughtfulness of the hosts, Alessia and Omar. From the very beginning, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. Their warmth was so sincere, and you could feel how much they truly cared about our experience. The little village itself is so cute and charming, and the lodge is perfectly located — just steps from the bus stop and only a few minutes from the grocery store and town square. The lodge is cozy, beautifully remodeled and prepared with so many thoughtful details. It made us feel very comfortable and truly at home, with everything we could possibly need already taken care of. This stay exceeded all our expectations, but it was the hosts’ care, warmth, and attention to detail that truly set it apart. Alessia and Omar are like the neighbors that you wish you have back home. We left feeling so grateful and will definitely rebook this in a heartbeat when we travel to the area again. Highly recommended!
