Truly exceptional. If you want a great place to stay in the heart of Rome, then look no further. This is it. Very spacious apartment in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 7 minutes walk to the metro station. Very near to Piazza Venezia which is a great place to start your walking tour of Rome and all the attractions. The place itself is identical to the photos on Booking.com. The interior decoration is very artistic. The surrounding area has multiple choices for good restaurants and there is a 24-hour open supermarket just a couple of minutes walk. Andrea is a very welcoming guy and was following with us before our arrival to make sure that everything went smoothly. Highly Recommended.

Warm & welcoming friendly B&B located less than 10mins from airport. We parked just outside on the street but the host offer courtyard parking inside through a narrow gate. Easy access to spacious Studio apartments ground level. Clean tidy comfortable and typical Italian room breakfast. The location gave us plenty of time to stop at nearby petrol station, drop of carhire and checkin to our early morning flight. Highly recommended to those who are travelling to FCO.

Located in a beautiful area it gives you the small town feel. Nice landscaping greets you on your way to the large living space. I have stayed in many apartments/houses in Europe and this one was by far the most spacious.

The apartment was perfect: great design, location close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport (around 35 minutes to the center of Rome where all the points of interest for tourists are located). We were a family of 5 and it was very comfortable with the sofa used as bed. The host was excellent - really responsive, helpful, and fluent in English (very appreciable - after being in other places in Italy, we found out that this is not very common). The instructions how to get to the apartment were easy (video) and all other information he supplied was really useful. We were able to find parking close to the apartment. The pictures on site were accurate - though in reality the apartment is better!
