The view was amazing and it was very peaceful. Also, the cleanliness was outstanding. Warren was a very kind, attentive host who gave us plenty of tips about things to see and places to go.

Perfect location for a relaxed break. Fun water taxi over to Whitianga which had plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The hosts were super helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Great location to pop to cathedral cove and hot water beach. Would love to return for another stop over.

Beautiful standalone two-storey, one-bed unit on a lovely, secluded hillside property above Whitianga. Perfect base to explore the gorgeous Coromandel coast (including Hot Water Beach, ~45min drive). Excellent amenities, comfy bed, carport next to the unit (watch for the baby swallows nesting above 😍). Harry was a gracious, accommodating, friendly host with endless recommendations. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazingly beautiful property with stunning views of Cooks Beach. We loved getting to know the owners and they were very gracious throughout our stay. Home cooked breakfasts, lots of local knowledge and recommendations. You won’t regret your stay at Mercury Ridge.

Nice, comfy place in a picturesque setting in the bush but close to amenities. All the modern facilities. Great hot tub. Comfy bed. The owner wasnt around but was really responsive to questions before. Driveway a bit tricky but ok if you have reversing camera. Would highly recommend.
