Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the Jungfrau Massif. Free Wi-Fi is available. Had an excellent stay at CityChalet during my stay! Communications leading up to our arrival was excellent and our check-in was a breeze. The route to our chalet took just 10 mins from Interlaken West station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Facilities provided are all in working condition. We had a blast!!

The owner is a true gentleman — his hospitality was outstanding, and at the same time he respected our privacy completely, even though he lives upstairs. It’s also a perfect place for a family with kids, offering both comfort and space in a safe and peaceful environment. The whole atmosphere felt comfortable and homely, and I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

While Interlaken is a 20-minute drive away, the scenic route alongside the beautiful lake appeared excellent opportunities to stop and take photos, making the location and the condition of the house truly exceptional. Having previously experienced less than ideal cleanliness in accommodations in Rome and Florence, this stay was particularly satisfying. One more, the bed was so comfy as well.
